My experience participating in this weight loss program has been very beneficial in multiple contexts. I was able to stop gaining weight, began losing weight, started eating healthy, and began exercising. Also beneficial was learning to manage stress resulting in an increased sense of well-being. I would definitely recommend this program to others. Lastly, I will continue to practice the skills I have learned thus far and am motivated to gain better health. And, I would also add that my counselor (hypnotist) was always supportive and encouraging.
