My experience participating in this weight loss program has been very beneficial in multiple contexts. Hypnosis has changed the way I view food. Before, sweets and junk food use to entice me, but now I look at it and wonder what I ever saw in it. I can walk by the bakery and even care to stop and look at the selection. I know that occupying my mind with things other than food is a good thing. I still feel hungry from time to time, but I reach for healthier foods to satisfy my cravings. We keep more fruits and vegetables in the house then we have in the past.
