Several years ago as I was preparing to give a talk about the fear of public speaking, I googled a list of fears and copied it over to a Word document. I ended up with a 16-page list of fears: Wow! And here’s the thing: with hypnosis it doesn’t really matter what the fear is; what matters is that hypnosis can help eliminate it because it's a fear.
Fear and anxiety can range from low-grade, ‘hardly a problem’ issues, to full-blown seemingly paralyzing problems that can negatively impact a person’s life in a big way. Plus, what may be a huge problem situation for one person, could be a rather, neutral non-event for most others.
