I started the program 8 wks ago. I no longer crave food that are not nutritious and on my plan of meals/snacks to eat. I have already lost 14 lbs. since starting and have lowered my blood pressure by 10 points. The best part is not struggling with cravings for high sugar and high fat foods. Also, the confidence I have that, with the support of staying with the program, I will be able to continue eating healthfully to reach my goal.
