Weight loss and exercise on my own wasn't working for me. My brother-in-law referred me. I came ready to become a new me. In the three weeks since I started I've lost one pant/shirt size. I sleep better. And most of all, I enjoy increased physical activity. My meal plan allows me to do my own cooking (with portion control) and I'm not hungry. I enjoy the CD's - it's a good way to relax and reinforce my goals. Look out world - the new me will be Awesome!
