I have completed 5 sessions so far and feel great! Not only have my exercising and eating habits improved, but also my attitude and outlook on my life. I find myself realizing that working out and eating healthy foods are not just something I am suppose to be doing in the program to lose weight, but have become part of my daily routine and long life habits. I am slowly but surely losing weight and feeling my clothes get bigger. Although the weight loss is a slow process, it is one that you can feel working and see and keep the results long into the future!
